At Lumière Noir Beauty, we take pride in offering high-quality, handmade beauty products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if your product arrives damaged, we will handle the issue accordingly. Please contact us at sheri@lumierenoirbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and description of the damage.
